It was a turning point for Kevin Franzese. Sitting in his usual fashion on the couch while watching TV, he felt a pain in his leg that he knew wasn’t from exercise. At first, it was a few blocks, but before he knew it, Kevin was running his first 5K race—quite a feat in just a few short weeks. But he wasn’t finished yet. Combining his interest in bike riding with his running and swimming, Kevin began training for his first triathlon and never looked back. With no excuses, he finished the half-mile swim, 18-mile bike ride and 5K run with immense pride in himself and the greatest feeling of accomplishment in his life.

Sheer Exhilaration

Since his first triathlon, Kevin has competed in several more as well as a full-length marathon. For this respected businessman, the exhilaration of participating in these events is two-fold. Not giving in to the excuses and pushing himself to the outer limits is an adrenaline rush for sure, but so is the camaraderie of competing alongside others who are doing exactly the same. On the Move

Born in Boston, Kevin moved to the suburbs of Tampa when he was just a baby. Raised in a family of five children, Kevin was an active youngster who played baseball, swam on the swim team and rode BMX bikes. He grew up with a strong sense of family, but also an immense work ethic and a fun-loving nature that he still retains today. After graduating from the University of South Florida with a degree in finance, Kevin successfully rose up the ranks of the corporate banking industry over the next two decades. The experience laid the foundation for his decision to go into real estate.

When he’s not working hard for his clients, nothing is as important to Kevin as spending time with family and friends. Whether he’s watching football, going fishing or scuba diving while vacationing at the Keys or supporting his daughter at one of her dance team performances, Kevin goes out of his way to be there for the people who matter most to him.
